Totally modern. Top of the line beds in all three bedrooms, quality linens, towels, and furnishings. Flat screen tv's in living room and all bedrooms. Exquisite views from every window in every room, including all bedrooms. Wireless internet access
Two bedrooms face the intercoastal, master faces the porch which overlooks the ocean. You can see the cresent in Cresent beach from the living room. The master bedroom and roomy porch have a direct oceanfront view. The dining room has views of the intercoastal and the beach. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 nice leather bar stools along the long granite topped island in the beautiful kitchen. The granite topped breakfast bar has seating for 4 as well. Stainless steel applicances and a washer dryer.
Weekly or monthly rentals from January through March. Weekly rentals available from April 1-December 31.
The complex features tennis courts, garage parking, boat parking, gated security, and a private boardwalk to the beach. The best part of all is the beach itself. Crescent Beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in northeast Florida, with plenty of marine life, great waves, wide sandy shores, and a family friendly atmosphere to make you feel welcome.
The ocean views are breathtaking, and the balcony just perfect for a continental breakfast as the dolphins swim past and the birds dash along the edge of the surf.
Fishing across the street on a private dock and stunning sunset views over the inter-coastal. Tennis, pool, parking winjammer – common grill area, secure, gated access, shower for feet as you exit beach, turtle nests abound.

Summary: This was a much bigger condo than we realized. The kitchen was fabulous and the condo building is quite. The beach was never over crowded which was wonderful for setting up your canopy. The only downside is there is a smaller building to the left that partially blocks your beach view to the left, but you can see straight out at the ocean, which was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked. Pool is on the street side and the fishing pier was awesome to have. Older crowd in this building and families, very nice. Would totally stay again.
